Conditions of Guarantee

Conditions:

  1. The purchaser will place a standard order of two cases, 24 candles for adequate supply volume.
  2. Purchaser has completed the web based (webinar) training and has shown proficiency by submitting a sample candle graphic to CK candles.
  3. Purchaser has followed the provided guidelines on display, presentation and delivery.

Display and presentations requirements:

  1. That a candle should be made for every service provided the family provides a photo.
  2. The candle should not be discussed at the arrangement conference but just provided for the service.
  3. The finished candle should be displayed prominently at the service such as next to the register book or near the casket. Any place those attending the service or the family will notice.
  4. The purchaser will track sales and responses to the candles made by family and friends during the guarantee period.
